stepped out in New York in a white bra-baring dress ahead of an
appearance on Good Morning America yesterday.
The Born This Way singer seemed to put her recent troubles with celebrity blogger Perez Hilton behind her as she spent time happily talking to her fans and signing autographs outside a studio in Manhattan.
First arriving in a statement v-neck mini dress in black and purple, the singer than made a change into an elegant black shift dress before going for maximum impact in a revealing white dress with a plunging neckline and exaggerated collar.
"DO I NEED TO BE SHOT IT IN THE HEAD FOR PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT HIM AND EVERYONE ELSE THAT HARASSES ME HAS GONE TOO FAR? IM A HUMAN BEING...I just want to make music+make people smile. Im sorry to all the fans who are trying to enjoy whats suppose to be a happy time. Gone too far."

The pop star has been embroiled in a heated
war of words with Perez Hilton after a fan revealed to the singer that
the blogger had been seen at her apartment block in New York, which her
security team later confirmed, according to E! News.
She tweeted: "STAY AWAY FROM ME + MY FAMILY YOU ARE SICK TRYING TO
RENT AN APARTMENT IN MY BUILDING TO STALK ME. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!""DO I NEED TO BE SHOT IT IN THE HEAD FOR PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT HIM AND EVERYONE ELSE THAT HARASSES ME HAS GONE TOO FAR? Perez has since blasted Gaga's stalking
claims as "false" in a statement, reading: "Any allegation that I am
stalking her, based on a day of house hunting with my baby boy and my
mother, is utterly false, defamatory and now appears to be putting me
and my family in danger."
