Snow forces gov't., schools to close

WASHINGTON - Snow forced the federal government in the D.C. are to shut down, as well most major school systems, including Montgomery and Fairfax counties.

The National Weather Service early Wednesday changed its prediction for the D.C. metro area to 6- to 12 inches of snow.
