Could it be mudgic?

Take That Mark up for Glastonbury

Take That
Success ... Take That

TAKE THAT are better known for rolling around in jelly than mud.

But that could change if they headline Glastonbury next year.
MARK OWEN is leading the lads’ charge to perform at Worthy Farm.
Mark’s been several times as a punter and fancies a crack on the Pyramid Stage alongside his bandmates.
He said: “I love Glastonbury. I would go there, definitely. We’re all meeting up in a few weeks, so we’ll see.”
The idea of Take That playing at the festival wouldn’t have been taken seriously five years ago.
But you can understand Mark’s optimism given Glasto boss MICHAEL EAVIS’s recent record of giving headlining shots to hip-hop and pop acts. JAY-Z and BEYONCE played in 2008 and 2011, LADY GAGA in 2009 and KYLIE MINOGUE joined the SCISSOR SISTERS on stage in 2010.
Take That’s presence on the Pyramid Stage on a Sunday night would once again divide opinion among regulars.
But you can’t deny the lads put on a good show.
Their Circus and Progress Live tours were magnificent. However, it would mean a possible huge financial outlay for the boys — especially for ROBBIE WILLIAMS if he returns to the scene of his tear-up with OASIS in 1995.
The Take That robot, Om, would cost a fortune to ship over from its resting place at his house in LA.
Mark has ruled out the band throwing their straw hat into the ring to play at this summer’s festival, mind.
He’s putting all his efforts into his latest solo album.
Speaking at the premiere for crime movie Welcome To The Punch, Mark said: “It’s called The Art Of Doing Nothing.
“It’s like a project. The name came because when anybody asks me what I’m up to I say, ‘nothing’, so now I’m calling it The Art Of Doing Nothing.”
Footballing namesake MICHAEL OWEN will know how he feels.
